Dried Chinese Mushroom Stuffing with Tofu

It can strengthen the physical strength, increase absorbs and
excretory function, improve the dizzy and full stomached.


1 box soft tofu
7 dried chinese mushroom
1/2 pound chicken breast
1 pound spinach
1 spring onion

1/3 teaspoon salt
1/2 egg
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/3 teaspoon dried bonito powder

1/2 cup chicken stock

1/3 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon sugar

some sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch


1. Chop and mix the chicken breast, shrimp and spring onion.

2. Add the above ingredients with seasoning (A). Mix well.

3. Take the stem out from mushroom, Sprinkle the inside of mushroom with cornstarch. Stuffing the mixture in the mushroom.

4. Pan fry the mushroom till golden colour, then add in seasoning (B) till dry. Thicken with cornstarch water and sprinklewith sesame oil

5. Put the mushroom on the plate. Garnish with stir-fried spinach.

Prep/Cooking Time:

30 minutes.
