Tofu with Soybean Sprouts and Rib Soup

This soup is ideal for lips swelling, serious stinks of mouth, four limbs are bloated.


1 box soft tofu
1/2 pound soybean sprouts
1/2 pound lean pork rib
2 spring onion section

1 teaspoon salt
6 cups water
pinch of pepper


1. Cut the tofu to 1 inch square.

2. Clean the ribs and cut to small pieces.

3. Bleach the pork ribs. Boil water, and add in the ribs, soybean sprouts and ginger slice, after boiling turn low heat and simmer 30 minutes.

4. Put in the tofu and simmer for another 10 minutes, seasoning with salt, pepper and sprinkle the spring onion.

Prep/Cooking Time:

40 minutes.
