Steamed Three Colour Tofu Ball

  - High Protein


2 boxes home-style tofu
1 ounce dried chinese mushroom
2 ounces chicken breast
2 ounces shrimp
10 ounces green bean
1 egg pancake
1 spring onion

1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg white
2 tablespoon cornstarch
pinch of pepper

1 cup chicken stock
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cornstarch


1. Mash the shrimp. Chopped the chicken breast and spring onion. Mix the above ingredients, tofu and seasoning (A). Squeeze the ingredients of tofu mixture to a few ball shape tofu balls.

2. Steam the tofu balls for 5 mins over high heat till cooked.

3. In a pot, pour in seasoning (B), add green bean, egg pancake. Bring to boil, then pour over the steam tofu balls.
