Spare Ribs and Barley Soup


This soup will get rid of toxic elements that locked inside your body.

Ingredients:

10 ounces pork spare ribs
4 ounces pearl barley
10 cups water
1 teaspoon salt, optional

Instructions:

1. Clean and trim off excess fat from the pork ribs. Scald in boiling water for 2 minutes. Rinse and drain.

2. Rinse the barley grains briefly. Bring 10 cups of water to a
boil.

3. Put in the scalded spare ribs and barley. Cover the pot and bring to a boil.

4. Bring the heat to low and simmer the soup for 2 hours until the barley grains open up. Check the level of the liquid occasionally and add a little hot water if required.

5. Season with a teaspoon of salt if preferred before serving. Serve hot.
