Stewed Spareribs with Papaya and Apricot Seeds


Papaya has a mild stimulant effect. It can help relieve swelling, and arthritis.

Ingredients:

1 papaya
1 poundspareribs
1/2 ounce almond

Seasoning:
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

1. Peel and de-seed the papaya.

2. Cut both spareribs and papaya into 1/2 inch squares. Put the spareribs into boiling water for 2 minutes.

3. Remove from the water and put them into a soup bowl. Add papaya, almonds and clean water til 80% full.

4. Steam for one hour, add salt then steam for another 10 minutes.
