Ham and Pineapple Kebabs
40 gram butter
2 tablespoons plain flour
2 cups milk
1/2 cup cheddar
1/2 cup mozzarella
Soak kebab sticks in water for 30 minutes.
Cut ham steaks into small bite-sized squares, then brown in a frying pan.
Thread ham squares and then pineapple pieces onto sticks alternately.
To make cheese sauce, melt butter in a saucepan over a low heat, add flour, and stir with a wooden spoon until thoroughly mixed.
Cook for 2 minutes, then remove from heat. Gradually add milk and stir into the flour mixture until smooth. Return to heat, bring to the boil, then add the cheeses. Stir over a medium heat until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and pour into a smal bowl.
Dip your ham and pineapple kebabs into the cheesy sauce,then eat.
