Pineapple Fried Rice


Pineapple contains fiber, vitamin C, protein, potassium and corbohydrates. It can be used to treat constipation and improves metabolism.

Ingredients:

1 whole pineapple
1/2 ounce ham
1 1/2 cooked rice
3 ounces shelled raw shrimps
1 ounces onions
3 eggs

Seasoning:
some black pepper
salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Halve the pineapple, take out and dice the meat. Cut
the onions and ham into small pieces. Beat the eggs.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil, quickly fry the shrimps then
drain the excess oil. Heat 2 -3 tablespoon oil in a wok
fry the eggs, then add onions, ham, and pineapple.

3. Mix with rice, and season with salt and pepper. At the
end, add the shrimps and mix well. Put the fried rice
into the pineapple shell, and put fried fish flakes on top.
