Shredded Pork with Veggies
5 ounces pork tenderloin
5 ounces bean sprout without both ends
2.5 ounces Chinese chives
1/2 teaspoon salt, sugar as needed
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch water
salt, sugar as needed
1. Shred pork, marinatein seasoning A for a short while.
2. Rinse Chinese chives, cut into small sections; rinse bean sprout. Peel carrot and shred.
3. Heat wok, add pork, stir-fry until half done, add bean sprout and shredded carrot, add salt and sugar to taste. Add
chives before removing from heat. Transfer to plate and serve.
