Ingredients:

7 tablespoons boiling water
1 handful soft tips of rosemary ( with flowers if available )
1 tablespoon honey
ice cubes
2 1/2 cups orange juice
2 1/2 cups ginger ale
sprigs of fresh rosemary, to garnish

Instructions:

Pour the boiling water over the rosemary in a teapot or heatproof jug. Cover and leave to refuse for 5-10 minutes. Strain through a sieve and stir in the honey. Leave to cool. Place the ice cubes in a large jug. Pour over the rosemary syrup, orange juice and ginger ale. Garnish with sprigs of fresh rosemary.
