Pork Chops with Onion


Ingredients:

1 onion
1 1/3 pounds pork chop loin
2 cloves garlic

Seasoning:
1 tablespoon cooking wine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
4 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 cup water
pepper as needed

Instructions:

1. Rinse onion, cut into square pieces. Pat pork with flat of knife to tenderize, cut each piece into two equal pieces.

2. Mince garlic. Coat each piece of pork chop with a layer of dry cornstarch, fry with a little oil in wok until slightly brown, remove.

3. Heat 2 tablespoon oil to stir-fry mince garlic and onion, then add all seasonings and bring to boil, add pork, cook over low heat until flavor is absorbed. Remove from heat when liquid is almost dry. Serve.
