Review #2: Good cooking 2007-03-19  A must have for anyone on a healthly eating program. Quick, easy and very very tasty. I enjoyed trying new combinations of food and healthy cooking methods. These recipes make you feel good about what you are eating.
Review #3: one of the best cookbooks i own! 2007-03-19  i do not follow the south beach diet per se, but i wanted to have this collection of recipes b/c i knew they would be healthy based upon what i know of the south beach diet. i also hoped that they would be quick and easy, as promised by the title. i have made about 5 recipes from the book with plans to make many more, and we have enjoyed every one. they are simple, they do use stuff you probably have on hand, and if you don't have an ingredient on hand, you won't have to go all over creation to find a specialty item. my children even like these recpies, and the ones i have tried have made me feel like a great cook and are "fancy" enough to serve to company. enjoy!
Review #4: How the Cookbook helped with the SouthBeach Diet 2007-03-10  This is a very comprehensive Cookbook,including explainations of ingredients. The recipes are divided into the phases of the program, as Phase 1, 2 and 3. I found the directions simple to follow, the ingredients things that most of us have on hand. Would highly recommend this cookbook to anyone who is seriously interested in doing the SouthBeach Way of Eating
Review #5: Incredible... 2007-02-26  I cannot find anything bad to say about this book. I have had it for about 3 weeks and I confess I am addicted. The pantry grocery list is very helpful and the receipes are easy to cook. I have tried several where I wasn't so sure from the ingredients listed, but it turned out to be really tasty. This has made the diet easy to include the entire family. I highly recommend this book to anyone on the diet!
