Bacon Beef Roll
1 pound tender beef
6 bacon slices
1 Chinese cucumber5
(A): 1 tablespoon cooking wine
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
(B): 3 tablespoon red wine
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon A1 sauce
1. Cut beef into long strips, marinate in seasoning (A) for 10 minutes.
Spread beef evenly on plate, lined with a bacon slice, roll up into
cylinder, bake in oven at 200' C for 15 minutes.
2. Combine seasoning (B) well, brush on beef rolls to let flavor be absorbed.
3. Rinse cucumber, slice diagonally and arrange on plate, remove
baked beef from the oven , halve diagonallly and place next to cucumber.
