Poached Fish


Ingredients:

16-20 ounces fish steaks, cut into serving pieces
( shark, tuna, salmon, swordfish or a combination
of fish steaks)
salt and pepper
lemon slices

Instructions:

1. Arrange the fish on a microwave-safe dish so the fish is
distributed evenly. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Cover with mircowave-safe plastic wrap. Cook on high for 4 minutes.
Rotate and cook 2 minutes more. Rest for 1 minute. Check the fish. It
should feel firm and flake when pulled with a fork. Serve hot with
fresh lemon.
