Oven Fried Fish
1 pound haddock fillets
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon paprika salt pepper
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs in a shallow bowl or plastic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1. Set oven rack in the top third of oven, but not at the broil level.
Preheat oven to 550'F. Pour the milk into a bowl and add the
seasonings to the milk.
2. Cut the fish fillets into serving-size pieces. Dip fish into the milk,
then into the crumbs.Evenly coat each piece of fish with the crumbs.
3. Arrange the fish on a lightly oiled baking pan. Drizzle with the oil.
Bake in the hot oven for 8-12 minutes. The crumbs should be golden
brown and the fish should flake easily when tested with a fork.
