Juicy Salmon loaf with fresh lemon and green pepper.
2 egg whites
1 can ( 16 oz ) salmon, drained and squeeze dry
1 cup 2% milk
2 tablespoon finely chopped green bell pepper
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Coat a 9"X5" loaf pan with nonstick spray. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, beat the egg and egg whites lightly with a fork. Add the salmon, milk,bell pepper, lemon juice, onion,
worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well. Spoon into the loaf pan.
3. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until firm. To serve, cut into
