Noodles With Minced Pork In Hoisin Sauce


Cooking Method : Stir-Frying

Ingredients:

Egg noodles 2 (about 120 g/4 oz)
Pork 90 g (3 oz)(minced)
Celery 50 g (2 oz)(diced)
Onion 25 g (1 oz)(diced)
Minced garlic 1/2 tbsp
Shredded green onion for garnish

Marinade:
Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 1 tbsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Sesame Oil 1 tsp

Sauce Mix:
Hoisin Sauce 6 tbsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Water 7 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp

Instructions:

1. Mix pork with marinade.
2. Cook noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain and keep warm.
3. Saute minced garlic and onion in 2 tbsp oil. Add minced
pork and stir-fry until done. Add celery, sauce mix and heat through.
4. Pour pork over noodles and garnish with shredded green onion.
