Beef Brisket In Chinese Casserole Sauce


Cooking Method : Braising

Ingredients:

Beef brisket 450 g (1 lb)(cut into pieces)
Fried bean curd sticks 90 g (3 oz)(sectioned)
Ginger 4 slices

Sauce Mix:
Chinese Casserole Sauce 4 tbsp, Water 1.5 liters (6 cups)


Instructions:

1. Blanch beef brisket in boiling water. Drain.
2. Saute ginger in 1 tbsp oil. Add beef brisket and sauce
mix. Cook over medium heat for 2 hours until brisket is tender. Add bean curd sticks and cook for about 10 more minutes until sauce thickens.
