Stir-Fried Beef With Leek In Black Pepper Sauce
Cooking Method : Stir-Frying
Beef fillet (sliced) 350 g (12 oz)
Leek 90 g (sectioned) (3 oz)
Black Pepper Sauce 4 tbsp
Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 1 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Minced Garlic 1/2 tbsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp, Water 1 tbsp
1. Marinate beef fillet for 15 minutes.
2. Stir-fry beef fillet in 2 tbsp oil until done. Add Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce, leek and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
3. Stir in thickening and heat through.
