Healthy avacado and honeydew mix.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup honey dew
1/2 banana
1/4 avocado
1/2 cup low fat milk
1/4 cup cold water
honey

Instructions:

Peel the honey dew, discard the seeds and cut it smaller, peel and cut the banana. Discard the pit and scoop out the flesh of avocado. Put all the fruits in the blender blend them with milk, cold water and honey.
