Kiwi Milk


Healthy breakfast drink.

Ingredients:

1 kiwi fruit
1 orange
1 cup low fat milk
1/4 cup water
honey

Instructions:

1. Cut the kiwi fruit and get the flesh, peel orange and cut them smaller.

2. Put all the fruit, pour in the milk, cold water and honey in the blender and blend. Drink while it is still fresh.
