Cuttlefish Soup


Ingredients:

5 ounces dried conch
3 ounces dried cuttlefish
1 pound spare ribs
6 red dates
1/4 dried tangerine peel
2 slices ginger
9 cups water
salt

Instructions:

1. Soak dried conch and dried cuttlefish until soft.

2. Wash and parboil spare ribs for 5 mins. Remove and wash.

3. Remove the pits from red dates. Soak and clean dried
tangerine peel. Bring water to the boil. Add dried conch, dried cuttlefish, spare ribs, red datees, dried tangerine peel and
ginger. Bring to the boil.

4. Cook over low heat for 3 hours. Season with salt.
