Long Bean Rice


Ingredients:

1/2 pound long beans, diced finely
1 ounce dried shrimps
1/4 pound minced pork
2 cups raw rice
2 1/2 cups water
2 cups chopped small onion fry till crispy
1/2 tablespoon oil

Seasoning:
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon light soy sauce

Instructions:

1. Rinse the rice, and soak it for 20 minutes. Drain.

2. Wash dried shrimps and soak it in warm water for 5 minutes. Drain. Heat 1/2 teaspoon of oil in a wok, fry dried shrimps, minced pork for 3 minutes, add in diced long beans, and continue to fry for another 2 minutes.

3. Add in the rice, stir-fry for 2 minutes and add in the
seasoning then the water. Once the water boil, transfer all the mixture into a rice cooker to continue cooking till it is cook.

4. Sprinkle the fried small onion on the rice before serving.
