Frozen Raspberry Popsicles
1 pound raspberries, fresh or frozen without sugar
1 pint +2 tablespoon raspberry juice unsweetened
1 cup pineapple juice concentrate, unsweetened
3/4 cup white grape juice concentrate, unsweetened
3/4 cup apple juice concentrate unsweetened
1 1/2 pint nonfat plain yogurt
2 teaspoon lime juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
24 paper cups, popsicle stick
1. In a blender, puree the raspberries with the raspberry juice and juice concentrates. Add the next three ingredients; mix well blended.
2. Strain through a fine mesh china cap to remove the raspberry seeds. Our 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp into each paper cup.
3. Cover with plastic wrap; freeze. When partially frozen,
