Chrysanthemum Drink

Chrysanthemum drink is good for cooling down a heated up body.

Ingredients:

1 ounce dried chrysanthemum petals
8 3/4 cups water
4 ounces rock sugar or to taste

Instructions:

1. Boil the water and add rock sugar. When sugar is
dissolved, place dried chrysanthemum petals in an
enamel or china teapot and pour water over.

2. Cover and let steep for an hour or so. If you cannot wait, simply combine all ingredients and simmer for half an hour
and allow to cool.

3. Strain and keep petals for a second batch of weaker, but still good, chrysanthemum drink.
