Small Tomatoes Fried Scallops


Tomatoes can help with inflammation, mouth ulcers and stomach problems. Add some lemon juice and it can
relieve pressure and fatigue.

Ingredients:

1/2 pound fresh scallops
1/4 pound small tomatoes
2 spring onions

Seasoning:
(1)
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon broth
a pinch of sugar

(2)
1/2 teaspoon cornflour

Instructions:

1. Clean the scallops and tomatoes, then halve them.

2. Cut the spring onions into 1 1/2 inches length portions.

3. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a wok, then add the scallops and
tomatoes, just cook till they are cooked inside, drain.

4. Leave 1 teaspoon oil in the wok, quick fry the spring
onions then mix with scallops, tomatoes, and
seasoning (1). Thicken with corn flour.
