Pear and Celery Salad
Pears are rich in calcium, magnesium, fructose and fiber. They are good for sore throats and tonsillitis.
1/2 pound celery
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/3 teaspoon mustard sauce
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1. Wash and peel the pear, then halve and decore, cut
into thin strips and soak in salt water for 15 minutes.
2. Peel the tomato, and take out the seeds. Cut it into
6 pieces and place on a dish.
3. Wash celery, boil in water for 1 minute, then cool with cold water. Discard the hard skins, and cut into small portions.
4. Dry the pears and celery, mix with seasoning (2), and place
in the dish. Mix mustard with water and mayonnaise,
the sauce can then be used as dip or poured directly
on the salad.
