Honey Mustard Soy Shrimp


Ingredients:

2 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoon honey mustard
2 teaspoon canola oil
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
10 ounces peeled and deveined large shrimp
Squeeze of fresh lemon

Instructions:

1. Stir together all ingredients, except the shrimp, in a medium bowl. Then add shrimp, and toss to coat evenly. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes, stirring once or twice.

2. Preheat the broiler. Remove shrimp from the marinade. Place in a single layer on the broiler pan, spaced about 1/2 inch apart. (Discard the marinade.)

3. Broil the shrimp until opaque.
