Dried Sun-Moon Mollusc with Green Radish and Carrot Soup

This soup is good for improving eyesight.


80 grams dried sun-moon mollusc
300 grams lean pork
1 green radish ( 300 grams)
1 carrot ( 200 grams)
4 honey dates
10 grams sweet and bitter almond mixture, rinse.
1 tangerine peel , rinsed
1 teaspoon salt ( optional )


1. Soak the dried sun-moon mollusc in water for 30 minutes. Use a brush to clean off grit. Rinse and drain. Discard the water.

2. Rinse and scald the lean pork in boiling water for 2 minutes. Rinse and drain. Skin and cut the green radish and carrot into serving wedges. Rinse and drain.

3. Bring 9 cups of water to a boil. Put in all the ingredients and boil for 10 minutes. Bring the heat to low and simmer the soup for 3 hours.

4. Add salt if necessary. Serve.
